Get ready to dance, perform, and have a blast in
Magical Musicals! In this exciting Broadway and Disney dance workshop, young performers will learn fun choreography inspired by their favorite musical moments. Led by Heather Wise and Jennifer Jackson, this class focuses on building confidence, creativity, and stage presence in a supportive and energetic environment. From big smiles to bold moves, students will explore how to tell stories through dance while making new friends and unforgettable memories.
Heather Wise is a professional dancer, actor, and singer with over 35 years of experience in musical theatre, film, and commercial performance. She has performed with companies including Walt Disney World, Disney Cruise Line (Dance Captain for the
Disney Magic), Universal Studios, and more. With extensive training across multiple dance styles, Heather is passionate about mentoring young artists and helping them use their gifts with excellence, purpose, and heart.
Jennifer Jackson’s love of choreography began in her hometown as a director for Honolulu Dance Co. She enjoyed a 13-year career with Walt Disney World Entertainment as an Equity performer, opening cast member of Tokyo Disney Seas, and Staging Specialist overseeing performers and show quality. Other performance and production projects include working with the NBA, NFL, NASCAR, and corporate entertainment production companies. Since settling in Franklin, TN she has taught dance at a handful of studios, churches, and schools, but over the last 11 years she has become especially passionate about choreographing musicals and helping high school students, even those who might not have much of a dance background, realize how much they are capable of when they show up ready to learn and stretch themselves.
