In this engaging, high-energy workshop, young actors will learn how to create bold, memorable characters using the power of improv. Through fun games and guided exercises, students will explore voice, physicality, emotions, and imagination to build unique characters from the ground up. By stepping into different perspectives and making strong, playful choices, actors will grow in confidence, creativity, and storytelling.
Chris Guerra is an actor, comedian, and co-founder of Oddity Improv, a clean comedy company known for high-quality live performance and training. His theatre credits include the 1st Broadway National Tour of
Sister Act,
Company (Broadway), as well as productions of
Spamalot,
Oklahoma!,
All Shook Up, and other professional stage work. In addition to theatre, Chris has worked in film, television, and digital media, building a large online audience through comedy content and brand collaborations. He is also the co-creator of a family-friendly improv devotional and curriculum focused on creativity, storytelling, and character development.
