Have you mastered the tap basics but don’t know where to go from there? Maybe you’ve heard of the *dreaded* “wings” but don’t quite trust yourself to do one? Then Tap II just might be for you! We’ll review tap basics and build on them by learning more advanced tap moves, and then piece the moves together in combinations and showcase choreography!
Tap shoes are strongly suggested for the class, and they can be ordered on Amazon (see links below) for $25-$40.
Recommendations for choosing shoe:
- Flat (or character/heels if you prefer that)
- Lace-up
- Black
- With screws (When you flip the shoe over, you should also see three screws in the taps of the shoe--the screws enable you to tighten them on occasion if they get loose)
- Not split-sole
