Class Description

In this class, students will learn how to write and perform their very own original songs. They will study lyrics, moods, themes, and melodies to learn what makes a good song so great. By looking at a variety of different types of songs, students will be able to find their voice and learn how to apply these skills to express themselves through their own music.
