No matter if you haven’t had any dance training at all or if you have been taking dance for years, you can perform like a professional on stage! Perfect dance technique is not what matters most on stage when it comes to musical theater choreography, although that is something to always strive for if you plan to continue on with dance or theater. However, even the most technically beautiful dancers can stand out for the wrong reasons in a musical theater ensemble. Believe it or not, there are a few things that anyone can learn to make the choreography look amazing! The main focuses of this class will be knowing the basic steps, sharp energetic execution, and story telling through dance. Mastering these three focuses can turn a show into a masterpiece!
